Alot of you know, I take Kempo Karate. Here is a pic I worked on about two months ago. Started as some kind of simple pose and then a background was created. There is some symbolism in this pic. The pose is called Front Position: it is usually used when waiting to begin. It is also used to start a kata or pinan. It is a position which shows discipline.
The green belt signifies my goal on getting to green. The rising sun and bonsai all point as reference to my dojo's logo. The red walls with screens are how my dojo look. So yeah, nuff rambling, enjoy. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
